Michael Prescott

Mr. Prescott joined TriArtisan in 2019.

 

Formerly, Mr. Prescott was at Lazard Frères & Co. in its Consumer, Retail, & Leisure M&A group, where he led several multi-unit retail and DTC e-commerce transactions, focusing on luxury, restaurant, apparel & accessories, home décor, food & beverage, and leisure. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Prescott was a private equity summer analyst with StepStone Global and Henry Crown & Co. He is active in the Union League Club and  Metropolitan Club of New York, Frick Collection, and Council of the Americas.

Mr. Prescott received an Honors B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of San Diego.

 

Mr. Prescott is involved in TriArtisan’s investments in P.F. Chang's, TGI Fridays, Hooters, and C3.
