Mr. Prescott joined TriArtisan in 2019.

 

Formerly, Mr. Prescott was at Lazard Frères & Co. in its Consumer, Retail, & Leisure M&A group, where he helped lead several multi-unit retail and DTC e-commerce transactions, focusing on luxury, restaurant, apparel & accessories, home décor, food & beverage, and leisure. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Prescott was a private equity summer analyst with StepStone Global and family office Henry Crown & Co.

Mr. Prescott received an Honors B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of San Diego.

 

Mr. Prescott is involved in TriArtisan’s investments in Denny's Corporation, P.F. Chang's, TGI Fridays, Hooters, and C3.
