Mr. Warshaw served as Chief Operating Officer of Unifund Group, a defaulted receivable collection business. Previously, during a 16-year career at Chiquita Brands International from 1986-2002, Mr. Warshaw was Vice President of Corporate Planning, President and Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately, President, CEO and Director on the Board of Directors of Chiquita Brands. Earlier, Mr. Warshaw was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at American Cellular Telephone Corporation and Tax Manager and Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand CPAs.
