TriArtisan Capital Announces the Promotion of Michael Prescott to Vice President

TriArtisan Capital Advisors proudly announces the promotion of Michael Prescott to the position of Vice President. Since joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Prescott has earned this well-deserved advancement.

Previously, Mr. Prescott was on the Consumer, Retail, & Leisure M&A team at Lazard Frères & Co. where he was a part of several multi-unit retail and DTC e-commerce transactions. His expertise spans luxury, restaurant, apparel & accessories, home décor, food & beverage, and leisure sectors. His prior experience includes working for Henry Crown & Co., a Chicago-based family office, and private equity firm StepStone Global.

Mr. Prescott currently oversees TriArtisan's investments in TGI Fridays, Hooters, P.F. Chang's, and C3. Mr. Prescott's expanded role as Vice President solidifies his strategic influence within the firm. TriArtisan Capital is excited about the continued success and growth under Mr. Prescott's leadership.
